Numark Mixtrack Pro 3 is the updated and upgraded version of Numark Mixtrack Pro 2. Putting the two models next to each other, we can immediately tell that Numark Mixtrack Pro 3 is slightly bigger overall, also slightly heavier, too. In the newer model, we now get full-sized pitch faders on the side of the jog wheels. The transport controls are now made of metal. The pads and some controls are now moved to the front side for an easier access. We get more adjustment knobs for a better handling.
Besides improving the design while retaining the essential features of Numark Mixtrack Pro 2, the newer model also provides a few extras that can be handy and beneficial for various circumstances. Unlike Numark Mixtrack Pro 2 that has limited port availability, Numark Mixtrack Pro 3 is now armed with 14” and 1/8 headphone output, RCA output, and 1/4″ mic input.
